Cookies and storage
This build has no optional cookies, advertising trackers or analytics. It stores one browser preference: your Accept or Decline choice in the shared privacy banner. Both choices leave all catalogue tools available; accepting does not activate any optional technology.
1. Website storage inventory
The supplied JavaScript does not set cookies or use sessionStorage, IndexedDB or a service worker. It uses localStorage only for the preference described below. No analytics vendor or advertising integration is installed. Styles, fonts and the archive favicon do not call an external service.

2. Your saved choice
The banner appears on any page when no valid choice is stored. Accept and Decline both save a choice and dismiss the banner across this website on the same browser and origin. The preference is not an account and does not follow you to another browser or device.
You can also use “Cookie settings” in any page’s footer to intentionally reopen the banner. Clearing this site’s storage removes the saved choice, so the banner will appear again. If your browser blocks storage, the banner explains that the choice cannot be saved across pages.
3. Temporary selections
Archive dropdown choices, prepared draft text and the optional Lucky Number Reveal are held in page memory. They are not saved as a visitor profile or remembered preference. Reset controls clear the relevant page state. A browser may independently retain history or restore form fields.
The homepage main-number search uses a URL query when opening the archive. That number may remain in browser history; it is not a cookie.
4. Downloads and clipboard
Choosing a download prepares a file for your browser to save. “Copy text” writes the prepared draft to the clipboard when the browser permits it. Those actions create copies under your device's controls, not persistent website preferences. Clearing the page does not remove saved files or clipboard contents.
5. Browser and hosting mechanisms
Browsers may cache static files. A hosting provider may use technical security or delivery mechanisms depending on its actual configuration. These are distinct from the website's zero-tracker code baseline. See hosting and technical records for the related privacy distinction.

6. If the implementation changes
Adding analytics, advertising or other non-essential tools would require an accurate new inventory and an appropriate consent design before those tools load where consent is required. The current Accept choice is not permission for undisclosed future technologies. Reject and manage choices must be as accessible as acceptance.
